  JAMES L. SARVER
  
    James L. Sarver, 46, Silver Creek, N.Y., died April 22, 1981, in
  Lakawanna, N.Y., at an accident at a Bethlehem Steel Plant.
    He was born Sept. 16, 1934, in Brothersvalley Township, and was a
  son of Mary (Hoffman) Sarver of Bedford and the late Nevin Sarver.
    He was preceded in death by two sisters.  he is survived by his
  widow, the former Esther Defibaugh and these children:  Sergeant
  Roger, U.S. Air Force, and Mrs. Steven (Debra) Galson, both of
  Blytheville, Ark.; Karen, at home; and two grandchildren.  Brother of
  Glenn, Harvey and Kenneth, all of York, Pa., David, Mrs. Perry
  (Virginia) Hillegass, both of Fairhope, and Mrs. Homer (Barbara)
  Miller, Stoystown RD 2.
    Friends were received at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Homer Duppstadt officiating. 
  Interment, Lambertsville Cemetery.
