   Russell J. Sarver Jr., 64, North Ridgeville, Ohio, died May 2, 2008, at home. Born Oct.
  2, 1943, in Listie, the son of Russell and Rosie Sarver. Preceded in death by his parents
  and infant brother. Survived by five sons, five sisters, two brothers and long-time
  caregiver, Sarah Williams. Funeral services were held May 4 in Ohio.
