Born Jan. 10, 1936, in Somerset, a son of Dalton Alvero and Violet Minnie (Mock) Sarver. Preceded in death by parents and son, Delbert Sarver. Survived by his wife, Frances Sarver, to whom he was married for 13 years; children, Vernon and Robert Sarver, both of Deltona, Fla.; Tracey Sarver, Georgia; Marsha Sarver, Alabama; Brenda Banuebs, Tucson, Ariz.; and 11 grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Thomas (Leota) Mcmillen, Velva Deberry and Dalvin Sarver, all of Somerset; half brother of Dwight Sarver and Geraldine Sarver both of Deltona, Fla. A U.S. Army Veteran of Korean Conflict, American Legion Post 204 in Sellersburg, Ind., and worked as a truck driver for Sumit Trucking. No viewing or visitation. A graveside service was conducted Oct. 26, 2006, at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
