  SARVER
  
    Victor E. Sarver, 74, of Farmington, Pa., died Friday, Aug. 24,
  1990.  Born in Somerset County Jan. 23, 1916.  Son of the late Artie
  and Georgia Matilda Felton Sarver.  He was a member of Laurel
  Mountain Baptist Church, the Ohiopyle Grange and United Mine Workers
  of America.  Beside his parents he was preceded in death by a
  daughter, Sheila; a sister, Daisy; and two brothers, Merle and
  Edison.  He is survived by his wife, Mary Lytle Sarver; son Donald
  and his wife Nellie of Marklesburg; two daughters, Patricia Cottrell,
  Willoughby, Ohio, and Marjorie and husband Edward Detrick of
  Farmington; two brothers, Artien of Confluence and Howard of
  Markleysburg; four sisters, Verna Miglets, Youngstown, Ohio; Hazel
  Morrison and Ruth Devanney, both of Ohiopyle; and Caroline Shell of
  Rogers, Ohio; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and
  several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received in the Thomas
  M. Dolfi Funeral Home, 136 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, Pa., on
  Sunday 7-9, Monday 2-4 and 7-9 and Tuesday until 11 a.m., the hour of
  service with pastor James Hickle and pastor Clifford Sarver
  officiating.  Interment will follow in West Plan Cemetery, Addison,
  Pa.
