   Carl Berton Satterlee Jr., 79, Somerset, died Sept. 20, 2008, at UPMC-Presbyterian,
  Pittsburgh. Born April 14, 1929, in Falls Creek, son of Carl Berton and Anna C. (Fox)
  Satterlee Sr. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by wife, the former Mildred A.
  Cheers, to whom he married in February 2003; and children, Larry J. Satterlee and David
  R. Satterlee, both of Franklin; Carl B. Satterlee III, New Brighton; stepchildren,
  Jeffrey E. O'Brien, Markleton, and Jay G. O'Brien, Kennebunk, Maine; sisters, Mrs. Gene
  (Anna C.) Reed and Mrs. Mary A. Adcock, both of Aliquippa; and brother, William
  Satterlee, Du Bois. Mr. Satterlee was retired from the former Riverside Market, Somerset,
  where he was a manager for 17 years. He was a 1946 graduate of Brookville High School.
  Member of Grace United Methodist Church and Lodge 358 F&AM. At Mr. Satterlee's request,
  there will be no viewing, visitation or service. Memorial contributions may be made to
  the American Heart Association or Grace United Methodist Church in his memory.
