  Elsie L. Saylor, 86, of Berlin died May 25, 2002 at Siemon Lakeview
  Manor Estate.  Born Nov. 14, 1915 in Meyersdale, daughter of Jesse
  and Bertha (Hershberger) Clapper.  Preceded in death by parents,
  husband Elbert L. "Obb," great-grandson Colton Ray Saylor, and
  sisters Ruth Zorn, Madonna Sipple, and Lucille Johnson.  Survived by
  these children:  John P., married to Marta Cehelsky of Alexandria,
  Va., Donna Lee, married to David Mallett of Lapeer, Mich., David L.,
  married to the former Kathleen Kennedy of Kentwood, Mich., Michael
  R., married to the former Kimberly Brown of Meyersdale, and Rachel
  A., married to David Shank of Philadelphia; 13 grandchildren and 11
  great-grandchildren.  Sister of Anna Kress of Philadelphia, and Earl
  G. Clapper of Meyersdale.  Former co-owner of Saylor's Hillside
  Superette, Berlin.  Member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin. 
  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m.
  until service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. 
  Rev. Glenn P. Foster and Rev. Ralph G. Landis officiating.  Interment
  Berlin IOOF Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be given to Holy
  Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin, Pa. 15530, or "In Touch" Hospice,
  1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
