Saylor, 62, Confluence RD 3, died March 21, 1980, in Somerset Community Hospital. He was born June 24, 1917, in Berlin, he was a son of the late Wilson and Nellie (Hauger) Saylor. He is survived by wife, the former Ethel Hoffman, Johnstown; and these children: Clifford, Confluence RD 3; Donna Leazier, Robert and Richard, all of Lorain, Ohio; Carol, Johnstown; also 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Hazel, wife of William Squyres, Lorain, Ohio. He was retired from the Lorain Ford Assembly plant and was a WW II veteran. Friends were received in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services were conducted with the Rev. Robert Clark officiating. Interment, Casebeer Cemetery. The Republic, March 27, 1980 [S0279]
