  SAYLOR
  
  Kenneth Eugene Saylor, 72, of Manassas, Va. died August 3, 2003 at
  his home.  He was born August 10, 1930 in Berlin, son of the late
  Edward Guy and Eleanor (Ball) Saylor.  Mr. Saylor was a member of
  Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manassas and The American Legion
  Post 445.  He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy
  Custer and Helen Gecht.  Survivors include his loving wife of 51
  years, Shirley Kimmel Saylor, two children, LuAnn Slough and her
  husband, Michael of Manassas and Keith Saylor and his wife, Melissa
  Andrews of Great Falls, Va.; one brother, Carl Saylor of Lancaster,
  Calif.; four grandchildren Stephanie Slough, Austin Saylor, Drew
  Saylor and Emily Slough and many loving friends and family.  A
  memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Bethel Evangelical
  Lutheran Church, 8712 Plantation Lane, Manassas with Rev. Michael
  Tassler officiating.  A reception will be held at the church
  following the service.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of
  flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions
  to Hospice of Northern Virginia, Prince William Clinical Office, 9540
  Center Street, Suite 300, Manassas, Va. 20110 or Bethel Evangelical
  Lutheran Church, 8712 Plantation Lane, Manassas, Va. 20110 in memory
  of Kenneth Eugene Saylor.  Condolences may be sent to
