SUSAN CATHERINE SAYLOR

  Mrs. Susan Catherine Saylor passed away on Wednesday at the home of Mrs. John 
Hoyle, her daughter.  Heart disease was the cause of her untimely death at the 
age of 58 years and 11 months.  Although troubled for some time with this 
ailment, her death came as somewhat of a shock.
  Her surviving children are Mrs. Maynard Hoover and Mrs. Harrison Queer, 
Somerset, and Mrs. James Caldwell, of San Diego, California.  The following 
brothers and sisters also survive:  Benjamin Coleman, Charles Coleman and Mrs. 
T. A. Menges, all of Berlin, and Mrs. Dennis Bockes of Garrett.
  She had been a lifelong member of the Berlin Brethren Church.  The funeral 
services were conducted in that church on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, under 
the direction of Rev. R. V. Leatherman.  Interment was made in Odd Fellows 
Cemetery.  J. N. Johnson & Son were the funeral directors in charge.
