Saylor, 76, of Meyersdale died Nov. 26, 1989, at Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born March 8, 1913, in Meyersdale, son of the late Charles D. and Lydia (Imhoff) Saylor. Also preceded in death by two brothers, Philip and William, and a sister, Helen. Survived by his wife, the former Alice Hostetler, and these children: Thomas G., Jr., of Camp Hill; William J. and A. Diane, both of Pittsburgh; two grandchildren: Sean and Shannon Saylor. Brother of Emaline Suder, Fr. Wayne, Ind. Veteran of U.S. Army, World War II. Member of Amity United Church of Christ; the V.F.W. Post 3504; B.P.O.E. Lodge 1951. Former director of Pennsylvania Maple Festival. Retired business manager of S & A Chevrolet, Somerset. Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Carl Mitchell officiating.
