Born April 22, 1913, in Bell, the daughter of Harry and Mary Catherine (Weyant) Swartz. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John Lloyd Saylor; brothers, Earl, Elwood, Ray Austin, and Harvey. Survived by daughter, Glenda (James) Sabin, Cherry Hill, N.J.; grandchildren, Jill (Michael) Casey, Cherry Hill; and Jonathan (Milagros) Sabin, Rota, Spain, and Kuwait; great-grandchildren, Laura and John Casey and Francisco, Jennifer and Daniel Lloyd Sabin; her brother, Harry (Dale) Swartz, Alexandria, Va.; and many nieces and nephews. Virginia was a longtime member of Grace Evangelical United Brethren Church and later the Church of the Brethren and was co-owner and operator of the Play Room day care center. She enjoyed her family, her church activities and loved to bake. The Rev. Roger Forry will conduct a memorial service at 2 p.m. May 17 at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.
