    James H. Scell, 64, Glencoe RD 1, died Oct. 30, 1979, in Sacred
  Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    He was born Jan. 14, 1915, in Somerset County, he was a son of
  Howard and Annie (Klink) Scell.  He was preceded in death by his
  father, one daughter and one brother.
    Survived by his mother, Annie Scell Hartge; and brothers, Robert,
  Cumberland; Luther, Erie; and Melvin Tressler, Delta Juncton, Alaska;
  and these step-sisters: Mrs. Samuel (Emma) Hartman, Meyersdale; Mrs.
  Earl (Hilda) Coleflesh, Ambridge; and Mrs. Bernnie (Edity) Cramer,
  Latrobe.  Step-brothers, Dale Hartge, Pittsburgh, and Albert Hartge,
  Baden.  He was a member of the Pentecostal Church, Hyndman.
    Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin,
  where services were conducted with the Rev. Cloyd Stubbs
  officiating.  Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe.
