Born May 9, 1913, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Harry Melancthon and Mary Jane (Robinson) Yingling. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Fred Klingensmith Findley who died Dec. 18, 1961; second husband, Allan Burns Schade who died June 13, 1998; one sister, Dorothy Hudson and one brother Harry C. Yingling. Survived by children, Thomas Y. Findley, married to the former Laura Murray, Somerset and Mrs. John M. (Mary Sue) Foor, Berlin; stepchildren, J. Christopher Schade and wife Hyon Bok, Seoul, South Korea and K. Allison Schade, Goshen, Ind.; grandchildren: Mrs. Ralph (Julie) Blubaugh, Berlin, Matthew Foor, married to the former Heather Grenke, Berlin, Michael Findley, married to the former Anna Kavouras, Waterford, Mich., and Jason Findley, married to the former Kahmeela Adams, Pittsburgh; stepgrandchildren: Bradley Foor, Somerset, Miranda Lambert and Whitney Miller, Goshen, Ind., Amy and Annie Schade, Seoul, South Korea; great-grandson Cole Blubaugh and step great-grandchildren, Joshua Foor, Kennedy and Kade Lambert. Sister of Joseph S. Yingling and wife Dorothy of Elyria, Ohio. A 1930 graduate of New Kensington High School. A 1937 graduate with a BS from University of Pittsburgh. Member of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church. She had started Findley's Pharmacy with her first husband, Fred Findley in 1954. She had taught at Somerset Junior High School from 1938-1941 and 1962-1973 where she retired with 17 years of service. At the request of Mrs. Schade, no viewing or visitation. Service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Somerset. The Rev. Keith M. Fink officiating. Interment, Plum Creek Cemetery (Allegheny County).
