  SCHAFER
  
  Christian Schafer Sr., 84, Stoystown RD 3, died Feb. 6, 1987, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born April 4, 1902, in Germany, he was
  preceded in death by parents; his wife, Margaret; a brother; a
  sister; and grandson, William Carl June.  He is survived by these
  children: Christian Jr., married to the former Ann Grossjung,
  Franklin Square, N.Y.; and Mrs. Andrew (Nancy) June Sr., Stoystown RD
  3; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, the Rev.
  Walter J. Emswiler.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
