  FREDA L. SCHARTIGER
  
    Freda L. Schartiger, 53, of Listonburg died April 30, 1979, in
  Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born Aug. 25, 1925, in Calhoun
  County, West Virginia, she was a daughter of Frank and Myrtle
  (Simmons) Connally.
    She is survived by her mother, Myrtle Connally of Baltimore, Md.;
  husband, Russell, of Listonburg; and the following children: Vickie
  Adams of Boyds, Md.; Richard of Boynton; Kenneth of Stoystown RD 2;
  Larry of Listonburg; Wanda Smith of Confluence RD 3; Ricky of
  Confluence RD 1; Michael and Daniel, at home; 19 grandchildren; and
  the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Mary Nowakowski, Creed
  Connally, Thelma Knotts and Louis Knotts, all of Baltimore, Md.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  where funeral service was held with the Rev. Vernon Witt
  officiating.  Interment, St. Paul Cemetery.
