    Genevieve Schoch, 81, of Meyersdale died Jan. 11, 1998 in Shady
  Grove, Rockville, Md.  She was born June 27, 1916 in Meyersdale, a
  daughter of the late George Franklin and Mary Elizabeth (Eisler)
  Hoffmeyer.  She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred in
  1984.  She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Schoch-Gonzalez of
  Germantown, Md., and a sister Margaret I. Miller of Akron, Ohio.  She
  was a member of Amity United Church of Christ.  Friends will be
  received 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Leckemby
  Funeral Home where service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday with
  Rev. Bruce Ashlock.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
