  BERTHA A. SCHROCK
  
    Mrs. Bertha A. Schrock, 86, died May 28 at Meyersdale Community
  Hospital.
    Born in Summit Township, January 4, 1891, she was a daughter of the
  late John and Mary (Bingner) Werner.  She was preceded in death by her
  husband, John F. Schrock.
    Mrs. Schrock was a member of Amity United Church of Christ, the
  Helping Hand Sunday School class of the church and the War Mothers.
    Surviving are two sons, Elwood J. Schrock, Meyersdale RD 4; Harold
  W. Schrock, Grosse Ile, Mich.; three daughters, Miss Irene Schrock,
  at home; Mrs. Dorothy E. Kenney, Fort Ashby, W.Va.; Mrs. Shirley
  Romesburg, Mars; a brother, Mahlon C. Werner, Louisville, Ohio; a
  sister, Mrs. Minnie Wahl, Berlin; 11 grandchildren and nine
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at Leckemby Funeral Home where services were
  conducted May 31 by the Rev. Lloyd Sechriest.  Interment, Union
  Cemetery.
