CLARA SCHROCK

  Mrs. Clara (Snyder) Schrock, 67, wife of Milton Schrock and a sister of 
Congressman J. Buell Snyder of the Somerset-Fayette District, died at 3 o'clock 
Monday afternoon at her home in Black Township.  She had been in failing health 
for some time.  Mrs. Schrock was a daughter of Jeremiah and Josephine Snyder and 
was born in Upper Turkeyfoot Township.
  Surviving are her husband, two sons, Gould Schrock of Rockwood and Hobert 
Schrock of Black Township; four grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: 
Congressman J. Buell Snyder, Perryopolis; Jacob Snyder, Johnstown; Mrs. Eli 
Leaphart, Jefferson Township, and Mrs. Elmer Leaphart, Rockwood.  Mrs. Schrock 
was a member of the Mt. Union United Brethren Church.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Schrock 
home by Rev. H. G. Hohman, pastor of the Rockwood Lutheran Church.  Interment 
was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of Mills & Mickey, Rockwood 
morticians.
