Born Sept. 27, 1926, in Rockwood, son of the late Gould Jeremiah and Clara Leora (Sanner) Schrock. Survived by his wife, the former Doris Elaine Leer, to whom he was married for 46 years. Also survived by a brother, Gould F. Schrock, married to the former Peggy Romesberg of Indiana, Pa., and a number of nieces and nephews. Member of The First United Methodist Church of Somerset and American Legion Post 181. Past president of Pennsylvania Municipal Water Authorities. A 1944 graduate of Rockwood High School. Attended University of Pittsburgh. World War II Army veteran. Formerly employed by Neilan Engineers for 28 years. Retired manager of Windber Area Water Authority, retiring in 1992. Friends were received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Dr. Arthur J. Gotjen officiating. Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery. Contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 149 W.
