Schrock, 84, of Philadelphia and formerly of Somerset County, died Jan. 27, 1996, in Blair Health Center, Philadelphia. Born Sept. 20, 1911, in Somerset County. Son of the late Theodore and Anna (Dugan) Schrock. Preceded in death by a sister, Mabel Sharrah. Survived by wife, Edna Bell. Member of Somerset Church of the Brethren, Somerset Lodge 358, F. & A.M.; 32nd Degree Mason, and the Shriner's Club, Lu Lu Temple, Philadelphia. Veteran of World War II, serving 11 years in the U.S. Navy. Member of the VFW, Philadelphia. Retired from Philadelphia Gas Co. after 30 years service. Friends will be received from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. Memorial service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Monday by Somerset Lodge 358.
