He was ill only a few days. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren at Summit Mills. His wife died about 40 years ago. He was born on Feb. 20, 1864, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Schrock. Surviving are seven children - Earl Schrock and Mrs. Ray Fike, Meyersdale; Mrs. Charles Lindeman, Meyersdale R.D.; Mrs Veida Grubb, New Bloomfield; Mrs. Cleveland Lindeman, Connellsville; Mrs. Dillon Gnagey, Meyersdale R.D. 1, and Clayton, at home. Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Schrock residence by Rev. DeWitt L. Miller, pastor of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren. Interment in the Lichty Cemetery in Summit Twp., under the direction of H. R. Konhaus, Meyersdale mortician. Meyersdale Republican, June 21, 1945
