  SCHROCK
  
  John E. Schrock, 85, of Meyersdale, died Nov. 2, 1988, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born April 29, 1903, in Meyersdale, son of the
  late Perry and Elizabeth (Pugh) Schrock.  Also preceded in death by
  his wife, the former Elizabeth R. Tipton; two sons, John R. and Wayne
  T.; and a sister, Clara E.  Survived by two children: Thomas L.,
  Ogden, Utah; and Mrs. Dawn E. Hornig of Meyersdale; also 8
  grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  Brother of: Mrs. Mary
  Philson, Berlin; Mrs. Grace Brumbaugh, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; Homer of
  Salisbury; Galen of Cairo, Ga.; and Harry of Meyersdale RD 3.  Friends
  will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday with
  Pastor Richard Hanley officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
