Schrock, 62, Baltimore & Ohio Railroad foreman, died at 4:10 p.m. last Sunday at his home at 401 Salisbury St. He was born on June 20, 1883, a son of Hiram and Maggie (Maust) Schrock. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Schrock home by Rev. S. Loren Bowman, pastor of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, assisted by Rev. F. D. Witmer. Interment in Union Cemetery was directed by Price & Son. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Verna (Knepper) Schrock, and four children: Hiram W., Beechdale; Dalton Schrock and Mrs. Paul Kinnear, both at home, and Estelle May Schrock, Cumberland. There also are three grandchildren and six brothers and sisters: Lloyd M. Schrock, Garrett R.D.; John F., Meyersdale; Mrs. Harry Livengood, Pinto; Mrs. Harry Murray, Meyersdale; Mrs. Charles Fogle and Mrs. Samuel Fogle, both of Garrett. Meyersdale Republican, May 23, 1946
