Schuster, 92, of Davidsville, formerly of Lambertsville, died July 6, 2002 at Laurel View Village. Born Dec. 30, 1909 in Somerset Twp., daughter of George and Estella (Tospon) Barkman. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Harry H. Schuster, 1976; and brothers and sisters: Marie Lowry, Leora Lehman, Victoria Walker, Ruth Fisher, Edgar Barkman and George Barkman Jr. Survived by stepdaughter, Kathleen Ankney, Johnstown; brothers, Harrold, Arizona; and Robert, Baltimore, Md.; two step-granddaughters; three step-great grandsons; and one step great granddaughter. Retired secretary for the Singer Sewing Center. A member of Friedens Lutheran Church, where she was a former teacher of the Rebekah Sunday School Class. A member of A.A.R.P., Somerset. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Friedens Lutheran Church. Rev. Susan H. Yatta and Nila Cogan officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
