Born Jan. 2, 1917 in Harrison, a son of the late John and Aurelia (Vettori) Scudero. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Fedorko, Jan. 13, 1992. Survived by one daughter, Bonnie, wife of Michael Robinson of Wallingford; two granddaughters, Kathryn and Kristina; one sister, Liva Dipre of Jenners; and a number of nieces and nephews. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish of St. John's Church, Acosta. Retired coal miner in Quecreek, Acosta and Colver. Member of UMWA; Wallingford Rod and Gun Club and Somerset County Oldtimers Baseball Association. Retired as machine operator after 17 years with Revere Corp. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where wake service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Church, Acosta, Rev. Father BlasC Wegierski, OFM, Conv.
