MARIE SEABORN, 79, FOUNDED GARDEN CLUB Mineral Ridge - Mrs. Marie A. Seaborn, 79, 1707 Burnett St., died of a cerebral hemorrhage at 9:05 a.m. Thursday in North Side Hospital, Youngstown. She was born May 25, 1905 in Meyersdale, Pa., the daughter of James and Anna Shaulis Kreitzburg. On June 18, 1930, she married Joseph L. Seaborn, former superintendent of Weathersfield Township Schools, who died Jan. 12, 1981. Mrs. Seaborn had lived in the Mineral Ridge area since 1911. She was a member of Mineral Ridge Church of Christ and was founder of Meander Garden Club. Mrs. Seaborn was a nationally accredited flower show judge and was a member of the board and past vice president of Youngstown Garden Forum. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mary Alice Herrmann of Mineral Ridge; a son, Donald J. of Ligonier, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Davies and Mrs. Iola Kennedy of Austintown; a brother, Stanley Kreitzburg of Fort Myers, Fla.; and six grandchildren. Four brothers, Eugene, Webster, Clark and James Kreitzburg, preceded her in death. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Church of Christ. Burial will be in Greenhaven Cemetery, Canfield.
