    Eura E. "Erie" Sechler, 79, of Church of the Brethren Home,
  Windber, formerly of Kantner died Jan. 10, 2001 at Lee Hospital. 
  Born May 2, 1921 in Shade Township, daughter of Jule and Nora
  (Kilgore) Jerin.  Preceded in death by parents, husband Arthur
  "Buddy," son Kevin, grandson Jeremy Turney, great-granddaughter
  Jylyan Belle Leasure, two brothers and three sisters.  Survived by
  these children: Debbie Datko and fiancee Thomas Kaminsky, Stoystown;
  Denise married to Gary Ashbrook, and Gregory married to the former
  Carolyn Zellam, both of Hooversville.  Also 12 grandchildren and
  eight great-grandchildren.  Sister of Flora Ziner, Bethel Park;
  Joseph and Arthur Jerin, both of Hooversville.  She loved bowling,
  gardening and the outdoors.  Former member of Kantner United
  Methodist Church.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be
  held at 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. William Blair officiating.  Interment, Odd
  Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.  Memorial contributions may be given to
  the Alzheimer's Association, 1011 Old Salem Rd., Greensburg, Pa.
