    James Melvin Sechler, 70, Fort Hill RD 1, died June 6, 1990, at
  home.  Born April 18, 1920, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township.  Son of the
  late John M. and Bertha (Snyder) Sechler.  Survived by wife, the
  former Clearabel McClintock; four daughters; Carol, Fort Hill; Cathy
  Bender, Fort Hill; Lorie, Fort Hill; Patsy Nicklow, Rockwood, and one
  son, Dean, Fort Hill.  Also survived by one step-granddaughter, two
  sisters, Agnes Heckler, Fort Hill, and Wilma Ohler, Rockwood; one
  brother, Quentin Sechler, Fort Hill.  Preceded in death by two
  sisters, Hazel McClintock and Irene Sechler.  Member of Fort Hill
  Church of God.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Thursday and
  from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Nevin Umbel and
  Rev. Dennis Dawson officiating.  Interment, Kingwood IOOF Cemetery. 
  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Somerset Hospice or the
  American Cancer Society.
