  SECHLER
  
  John M. Sechler, 93, Fort Hill RD 1, died April 30, 1977 at his
  home.  Born Feb. 1, 1884, a son of the late Joshua and Emily (Meyers)
  Seckler, he is survived by the following children: Mrs. Hazel
  McClintock, Mrs. Agnes Heckler, Miss Irene Seckler, Melvin, and
  Quentin, all of Fort Hill RD 1; Mrs. Wilma Shipley, Somerset; nine
  grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Lucy
  Snyder of Stoystown RD 1.  Preceded in death by his wife, Bertha
  Snyder.  He was a member of the Kingwood IOOF Lodge.  Friends are
  being received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where funeral
  services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Dennis Dawson
  and the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating.  Interment, Kingwood IOOF
  Cemetery.
