    Thelma T. Sechler, 86, of Confluence died Nov. 11, 1996, at home. 
  Born Oct. 30, 1910, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township.  A daughter of the
  late William M. and Rachel (Burroughs) Sechler.  Predeceased by four
  brothers and three sisters.  Surviving are nieces and nephews.  A
  member of Confluence United Methodist Church and the Great Crossings
  Chapter of the DAR.  Retired from Turkeyfoot Valley Area Schools
  after having served as a secretary for more than 40 years.  Memorial
  service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Interment,
  Kingwood IOOF Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to
  Somerset In Touch Hospice or the Confluence United Methodist
  Church.  Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, in charge of arrangements.
