  Connie B. Secrest, 65 of Garrett, died Sept. 22, 2003, at Meyersdale
  Medical Center.  Born Nov. 21, 1937, in Meyersdale, a daughter of the
  late Carl E. and Margaret I. (Carouse) Phalin.  Also preceded in death
  by two brothers, Carl R. and James W. Phalin.  Survived by her husband
  Robert F. Secrest, and six children: Robert Secrest Jr., Meyersdale,
  Debra Taylor, Meyersdale, Jerry Secrest, Meyersdale, Terry Secrest,
  Meyersdale, Patricia Woullard, Garrett and Barbara Pritts,
  Meyersdale; seven grandchildren: Justin and Tyra Taylor, Matthew
  Secrest, Lisa Fox, Theresa Brahler, Ryan Whitacre and Alyson Pritts;
  also three great-grandchildren.  A member of Amity United Church of
  Christ, Meyersdale.  Connie was a driver for the IU8 for 37 years and
  a driver for Meyersdale Area Schools for the past eight years. 
  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11
  a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. John Yoder officiating.  Interment Union
  Cemetery Meyersdale.  Arrangements by the William Rowe Price Funeral
  Home Inc.

    Connie B. Secrest, 65, of Garrett, died September 22, 2003, at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.
    Born November 21, 1937, in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the
  late Carl E. and Margaret I. (Carouse) Phalin.
    She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Carl R. and James
  W. Phalin.  
    She is survived by her husband Robert F. Secrest, and six children:
  Robert Secrest Jr., Meyersdale; Debra Taylor, Meyersdale; Jerry
  Secrest, Meyersdale; Terry Secrest, Meyersdale; Patricia Woullard,
  Garrett; and Barbara Pritts, Meyersdale.  Also seven grandchildren:
