  SEEL
  
    Mrs. Nina Barclay Seel, 83, State College, formerly of Scottdale,
  died June 3, 1982, at State College.  Born May 20, 1899, in Somerset,
  a daughter of George F. and Ella (Launtz) Barclay.  Retired
  salesperson with the May Department Store Company in Cleveland,
  Ohio.  Member of Bedford Lutheran Church.  Survived by two sons,
  William L. Barclay of Pittsburgh and Charles B. Seel in Texas; six
  grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her
  husband, Charles E. Seel in 1969.  Friends will be received at the
  Robert B. Ferguson Funeral Home, 105 Spring St., Scottdale from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday.  Services will be held in the funeral
  home Saturday at 1 p.m.  Burial, Scottdale Cemetery.
