He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Christner. He is survived by children: Clarence, married to the former Elizabeth Lindeman, of Bradenton, Fla.; Lucille, married to William T. Capps, of East Pines, Md.; Neoma, at home, and Charles, married to the former Maureen Riley, of Salisbury. Also six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was a Meyersdale police officer in the early 1920's and worked for Baker Chevrolet before owing his own gas station in Meyersdale. In the early 1940's, the family moved to Salisbury where Mr. Seibert owned and operated the skating rink and Laurel Gardens. In 1946, he left the area and settled in Hyattsville, Md.
