She was born on June 20, 1927, the daughter of the late Bill and Edith Riley. She is preceded in death by brothers: Billy and Mickey Riley; and sons: Butch and Johnny Seibert. Survived by husband of 61 years, Charles; son, Dick Seibert, wife Kathie; daughter, Terry Ringler, husband, Bing; son, Jim Seibert, wife Mary Lee. She was Grandma Maureen to Misty Kamp, Melanie Short, Michael Seibert, Mandy Wiltrout, Tim, Casey and Corey Ringler and Butch Seibert. Great-grandma to Robbie and Megan Kamp, Kylee, Angela and Logan Short, Tristan, Gavin, Ava and Aidan Wiltrout, Brian and Christopher Seibert. Grammy to K.J., Benjamin, and Riley and great-grammy to Parker Bailey. Maureen was the secretary at Salisbury-Elk Lick High School for 18 years. A memorial service was held at St. Michael's Catholic Church in West Salisbury. Grave side service was held at Somerset Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Michael's Catholic Church.
