  ELMER E. SEILER
  
    Elmer E. "Ump" Seiler, 80, of 211 Oak Street, Cumberland, Maryland,
  died March 6, 1983, at his home.
    He was born July 27, 1902, in Meyersdale, and was a son of the late
  William and Eva B. (Wall) Seiler.  He was retired employee of the B &
  O Railroad and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad
  Pipefitters local.
    He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie S. (Hetrick) Agee Seiler;
  one son, Robert L. Seiler, Cumberland; six daughters, Mrs. Eleanor
  Brown, Mrs. Beverly Landaker, Mrs. Wanda Sue Hardy and Mrs. Billie
  June Brunner, all of Cumberland; Mrs. Barbara Thomas, Fresno, Calif.,
  and Mrs. Mildred McGuire, Arlington, Va.; two brothers, William H.
  Seiler, Cumberland, and Carl Seiler, Morgantown, W. Va.; one sister,
  Mrs. Dolly Trent, Somerset; 22 grand children and 11 great
  grandchildren.
