    Ruby Lou Seiler, 67, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Rockwood, died Aug.
  8, 1979, in the Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.  She was born Dec. 5,
  1912, Somerset County, a daughter of Austin and Vina (Brown) McVicker.
    She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Vina McVicker of Rockwood; one
  daughter, Mrs. Vivian Loebig of Pittsburgh; two brothers: Howard and
  Jack McVicker, both of Rockwood; three sisters; Mrs. Eleanor Vallas
  of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Betty Minor of Rockwood; and Mrs. Eva Jean Weiss,
  also of Pittsburgh; two granddaughters: Valerie Dobies and Kimberly
  Loebig, both of Pittsburgh; one grandson, Robert Loebig, Pittsburgh;
  two great-granddaughters, Jennifer and Jessica Loebig, Pittsburgh.
    She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Henry, Nov.
  17, 1955; also by her second husband, Anthony Seiler, 1977; also
  preceded in death by two sisters; Mrs. Edna Miller and Miss Mary
  Louise McVicker.
    Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home,
  Rockwood, where services were conducted with the Rev. Donald Krestar
  officiating.  Interment in Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
