  Richard G. "Rick" Seitzer, 46, of Berlin, passed away Oct. 6, 2001 at
  Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  At the family's request there
  will be no viewing.  A memorial service will be conducted for Richard
  at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, Rev. Ralph Landis
  officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations
  be made to the American Cancer society.
