  BONITA G. SELF
  
    Bonita G. Self, 31, Columbus Ohio, was fatally injured in a one-car
  automobile accident November 5, 1984.  She was reportedly driving
  alone.  Her vehicle was demolished.
    A former resident of Grantsville, Maryland, she was born in
  Meyersdale, a daughter of Henry R. Campbell, Grantsville and the late
  Leah Mae (Hetrick) Campbell.
    She was employed in Columbus as a secretary.
    Besides her father and stepmother, Mrs. Laura Rae (Bittinger)
  Campbell, she is survived by one daughter, Teri Self, Flintstone,
  Maryland; three brothers: Richard Campbell and Alan Campbell, all of
  Grantsville, Maryland; her maternal grandparents, Irvin and Mae
  Hetrick, Grantsville.
    Because of inclement weather, committal services were held Tuesday
  at the Newman Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Yoder officiating. 
  Interment followed in the Grantsville Cemetery.
