    Betty I. Sell, 64, Central City, died, Dec. 16, 1998, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born July 31, 1934, in Rockwood, a daughter of the late
  Marsellus and Lucy (Miller) Spangler.  Survived by husband, Kenneth
  E. and these children: Robert Dale, Stoystown; Gene R. and Joyce
  Keller, both of Central City; and Connie Heining, Chicago Ill.; 7
  grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  Sister of Wilbur Spangler,
  Grantsville, Md.; Rosemary Smith, Meyersdale; Shirley May Lasure,
  Listie, and Janie Klenk, Cameron, Mo.  Friends received from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Thursday at Leckemby Funeral Home, where service will be at
  11 a.m. Friday.  Interment, Lichty Cemetery.
