Born Oct. 12, 1929 in Shippensburg. Son of Henry L. and Pearl (Miller) Sellers. Preceded in death by parents and a brother Neil Sellers. Survived by wife, the former Theresa M. Hood to whom married 46 years, and children: Tom E. Sellers married to the former Stephanie Eisler of Pilot Mountain, N.C.; Mrs. Bill (Laurie) Belt of Royal Center, Ind., and Ty S. Sellers, married to the former Crystal Hemminger of Pittsburgh. Nine grandchildren: Jennifer, Angela, Henry and Caleb Sellers; Kori, Jacob, Lucas, Cami Banser, and Tanner Belt. Sister of Mrs. Nancy Eaton of Salem, Va. Member of Lucerne Christian Church, 1951 graduate of Kentucky Christian College with a bachelor's degree, post graduate studies at Butler University, Indianapolis, Ind., Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind., and High Point College, N.C. Retired minister who served the following congregations: Mount Airy Church of Christ, Lucerne Christian Church, Indian Creek Christian Church and First Christian Church of Somerset. Started Little League Baseball at Lucerne, Ind. Boy Scout leader, active in Lions Club, and Lucerne Volunteer Fire Department. While in Somerset, he was chairman of Meals on Wheels, president of Somerset Ministerial Association, active in Food Pantry and pastoral counseling. Friends received from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Rev. William J. Sleasman and Rev. Robert Cree officiating.
