  SEMBOWER, Arlene W.  05/31/07   Daily American
  
    Arlene W. Sembower, 94, Rockwood, passed on May 30, 2007, at Somerset Hospital. Born
  July 15, 1912, in Black Township, she is the daughter of the late Ephraim and I. Grace
  (Pritts) Weimer. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Harold P. Sembower;
  sisters, Elsie Schrock and Kathryn Miller; and brothers, Melvin, Harold, Ephraim "Bus,"
  and Elwell Weimer. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of
  the Rockwood Church of the Brethren and was a past member of the Rockwood Fire Department
  Ladies' Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Somerset Registered Nurses' Association
  and the Rockwood Senior Citizens' Group. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. A service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at
  the Rockwood Church of the Brethren. The Rev. Jay Christner officiating.
  Interment at Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
