  SEMBOWER
  
    Lucy M. Sembower, 88, of Buffalo Mills RD 1, formerly of Hyndman,
  died Jan. 29, 1997, at her residence.  Born June 21, 1908, at New
  Buena Vista, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Flora G.
  (Corley) Fritz.  She was married to Maurice B. Sembower on Oct. 11,
  1936, and he preceded her in death May 5, 1974.  She is survived by a
  son, Galen E. Sembower, married to the former Janice Clapper,
  Manassas, Va.; a daughter, Carolyn S., wife of Robert S. Lehman,
  Buffalo Mills RD 1; four grandchildren; Allen Sembower, Cathy
  Sembower, Cheri Heckman and Caroline Squair, all of Virginia, and two
  brothers, Lawrence Fritz, Manns Choice, and Russell Fritz, Bedford. 
  She also was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Hillegass.  Mrs.
  Sembower was a homemaker and a member of Hyndman First United Church
  of Christ.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at
  the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, where services will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Ruth S. Kershner
  officiating.  Interment, Schellsburg Cemetery.  Expressions of
  sympathy may be directed to Hyndman First United Church of Christ,
  Hyndman, Pa. 15545.
