She joins her mother, Genevieve Giska and her father, Walter Giska. She was born Sept. 7, 1954, in Beaver Falls. She is survived by her husband, Guy Setliff; her sons, Tom, Phoenixville; and Matt, Philadelphia; and her daughter, Leah, at home. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Deneselya and her husband, Robert, Uniontown, Ohio; and two brothers, Walter Giska and his wife, Sandra, Hermitage; and Charles Giska and his wife, Mavis, Dublin, Ohio. She graduated from Beaver Falls High School and then the Montefiore School of Nursing in Pittsburgh. She met her husband, Guy Setliff, after briefly residing in Sunrise, Fla. They married and settled in the Laurel Highlands, where they have called home for the last 25 years. Mary was active in many capacities at the Champion Christian School. She volunteered for many years as the head librarian. Mary was also an involved member of the Melcroft Assembly of God Church. Her intimate relationship with Jesus shined through in all she did and was a witness to all. Mary and her family enjoyed camping which included cross country trips and she loved to chronicle the trips and other important stories in their lives by scrap booking. Mary always put Jesus first in her life but loved her family dearly and cherished countless close friends. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Melcroft Assembly of God Church, Route 711, Melcroft, where a service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Tim Bunney officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Saltlick Township.
