  LULU D. SETZER
  Feb. 1, 1920-May 5, 1999
  
    Lulu D. Setzer, 79, of LaVale, Md., died May 5, 1999, at Sacred
  Heart Hospital in Cumberland, Md.
    Born Feb. 1, 1920, in Greenville Township, she was the daughter of
  the late John M. and Alice E. (Garlets) Deal.
    Mrs. Setzer was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold E.
  Setzer; five sisters: Sadie Caton, Clare Deal, Mabel Deal, Carrie
  Deal and Margaret Stevanus; and a brother, Harvey Deal.
    She is survived by two daughters: Lois Fitzgerald and husband,
  Robert, of Acworth, Ga.; and Shirley Melton and husband, Steve, of
  Tazewell, Va.; and two grandchildren: Brian and Jennifer Fitzgerald.
    Mrs. Setzer was a member of Salem United Church of Christ,
  Frostburg, Md.; the Golden Guild, and the Kelly Retirement Club,
  Local 26.
    Friends were received May 7 at the Sowers Funeral Home, P.A., in
  LaVale.  Services were conducted May 8 at the funeral home, with the
  Rev. Lawrence R. Frye officiating.  Interment in Greenville Cemetery.
