  SHAFFER, Corabel   08/09/07   Daily American
  
     Corabel Shaffer, 76, Somerset, went to be with the Lord on Aug. 7, 2007, at home. Born
  May 11, 1931, in Jennerstown, she is the daughter of the late Rev. Charles and Sarah
  (Baughman) Raley. Preceded in death by parents and brothers Victor, Freeman, Samuel,
  Paul, Charles, Chester and Claude Raley. She is survived by her loving husband of 57
  years, Fred B. Shaffer; children, Ronald Shaffer and wife, Vanessa, Manns Choice; Sandra
  Leydig and husband, Jim, North Canton, Ohio; David Shaffer, Somerset; Diane Campbell and
  husband, Bill, Buffalo Mills; Martin Shaffer, Somerset; Barry Shaffer and wife, Cheryl,
  Somerset; Pam Lehman and husband, Larry, Somerset; 14 grandchildren; six great-
  grandchildren, sisters, Evelyn Rudolchick, Somerset; Ruth Shaffer, Somerset; Irene Davis,
  Rockwood; Shirley Witt, Hyndman; and brother, Robert Raley and wife, Dottie, Sipesville.
  She was an active member of the Milford United Methodist Church and sang around the area
  with The Raley Sisters. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends who all loved
  her dearly. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Miller
  Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be held 3 p.m. Friday following one hour of
  visitation. The Rev. Mark Ongley, officiating. Interment at Husband Cemetery. In lieu of
  flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Milford Missions, 170 Jubilee St.,
  Rockwood, PA 15557.
