  SHAFFER
  
    Frances E. Shaffer, 96, of Hooversville, died Oct. 25, 1995, at
  Allegheny Lutheran Home, Johnstown.  Born Oct. 27, 1898, in
  Hooversville, daughter of Daniel and Bertha (Hamer) Shaffer. 
  Preceded in death by parents, brothers Earl, Warren Sr., D. Dwight
  Sr. and Harold, and sisters Verna, Helen Wagner, Erma Jackson and
  Blanche.  Last member of her immediate family.  Survived by
  sisters-in-law, Vivian and Theresa M. Shaffer, both of Hooversville;
  nieces and nephews Jack B., Daniel J., Jan D., Warren Jr., Ronald H.,
  Daniel Dwight Jr., and Harold K. Shaffer, Karen Barnhart, Bruce
  Jackson, and Carol Sadusky.  Attended Susquehanna College and was
  associated with Daniel Shaffers Inc. of Hooversville.  Member of
  Trinity Lutheran Church in Hooversville.  No viewing or visitation. 
  Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran
  Church, Rev. Gerald L. Myers officiating.  Interment, P.O. S of A.
  Cemetery, Hooversville.  Instead of flowers, memorial contributions
  may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church, Hooversville, Pa.  15936.
