  SHAFFER
  
  Helen Virginia Shaffer, 60, of Somerset, died Aug. 21, 1984, in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born July 8, 1924, in Lincoln Township,
  the daughter of the late Milton and Martha Jane (Bruner) Hochard. 
  Survived by brothers, Donald M. C., and Herbert Hochard, both of
  Somerset.  Private services will be held at the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home, Thursday with the Rev. James Ling officiating. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests
  contributions be made to the Somerset Community Hospital Intensive
  Care Unit.
