  SHAFFER
  
  Hubert F. Shaffer, 80, Newton Falls, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, died
  March 5, 1987, in Newton Falls.  Born March 3, 1907, in Somerset
  County, son of the late Harvey and Mary A. (Bowser) Shaffer. 
  Preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and a grandson. 
  Survived by his wife, the former Helen Weaver, and these children:
  Jacqueline Zearfoss, and Hubert E., both of Somerset; Rachel Brown,
  Newton Falls, Ohio; Mollie Trilli, Ravenna, Ohio; David D., Kansas
  City, Kan.; Judith Vasko, Euclid, Ohio; Larry, Pontiac, Ill.; Richard
  C., Brunswick, Ohio; and Sharon Tabor, Michigan; 28 grandchildren; 20
  great-grandchildren; and one brother, Orville, Somerset.  His death
  ended a marriage union of 57 years.  Funeral services will be
  conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday (today) at Borowski Funeral Home, Newton
  Falls, Ohio, the Rev. Lowell Haggerty officiating.  Graveside service
  will be conducted Sunday, 2 p.m., at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe.
