    Katherine L. Shaffer, 79, of Sipesville and formerly of Lockport,
  N.Y., died May 5, 1995, at her residence.  Funeral service will be
  conducted Wednesday at the Lange Funeral Home, 186 E. Ave. Lockport,
  N.Y.  Local arrangements in the charge of the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, Somerset.
