  SHAFFER
  
    Mary Etta Shaffer, 55, of Garrett died June 29, 2000 at Somerset
  Hospital.  She was born April 1, 1945 in Somerset, a daughter of the
  late Earl and Nora (Gray) Shaffer Sr.  She is survived by these
  children: Brian and Daniel, both of Garrett, and Angie and Ashley,
  both of Berlin.  Sister of Earl Shaffer Jr., Meyersdale, and Elnora
  Shaffer, Garrett.  Nieces, Laurie, Joyce, Lisa, Tammie and Karen, and
  nephews Matthew and Roger.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Leckemby Funeral Home where the funeral
  service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday.  Interment, Pine Hill Cemetery.
